Our Projects

TankPlasta has a wealth of experience in designing and manufacturing custom-made plastic solutions for a wide range of industries. We are proud to have worked on a variety of projects, from small and simple to large and complex. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible solutions, and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to meet their needs.

Here are just a few examples of our recent projects:

A large cylindrical transparent plastic bio-reactor designed for algae cultivation in aquaculture settings. The bio-reactor is 1927 mm in diameter and 2922 mm tall, with a capacity of 6 m3 and a weight of 500 kg. It is made of PETG and PP-H, and it is designed to withstand a media temperature of +20°C and atmospheric pressure.

A tall cylindrical PP scrubber designed for cleaning gas in chemical manufacturing facilities. The scrubber is 2270 mm in diameter and 5203 mm tall, with a capacity of 3680 liters and a weight of 700 kg. It is designed to withstand temperatures of 0°C to +40°C and pressures of -0.02 bar(g) to +0.02 bar(g). The scrubber is manufactured in accordance with the DVS 2205 and LST EN 12573 design standards.

A complex network of PP piping pre-assembled for gas cleaning in chemical manufacturing facilities. The piping is made of PP-H and has a diameter of 250 mm and a length of 35 meters. It is designed to withstand temperatures of 0°C to +80°C and pressures of -6 bar to +6 bar. The piping is welded using the infrared welding method.

A tall cylindrical transparent plastic storage tank designed for seaweed cultivation in aquaculture settings. The tank is 1188 mm in diameter and 2876 mm tall, with a capacity of 2 m3 and a weight of 150 kg. It is made of PETG and PP-H, and it is designed to withstand a media temperature of +20°C and atmospheric pressure.

Six cylindrical PP chemical reactors with integrated mixers and heaters, designed for processing a mix of very aggressive chemicals. The reactors are made of PP-H and are made in two sizes: 606 mm diameter and 1535 mm height with a capacity of 200 dm3, and 990 mm diameter and 1590 mm height with a capacity of 600 dm3. The reactors are designed to withstand temperatures of +15°C to +65°C and atmospheric pressure. They are manufactured in accordance with the LST EN 12573 design standard.

A network of custom-designed plastic ventilation ducts and components specifically engineered for waste recycling and composting plant environments. These ducts and components are resistant to corrosion from chemically aggressive air and steam and can withstand temperatures up to 60°C. They are manufactured in various sizes and configurations to meet project specifications.

A custom-designed PVC chemical extractor designed to handle a mix of chemicals in industrial settings. The extractor is made of PVC and measures 500 mm in diameter and 400 mm in height. It weighs 50 kg and is designed to operate at atmospheric pressure.

A large cylindrical PP-H tank with a UV protection film, designed for storing high purity water in semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The tank is 3950 mm in diameter and 4000 mm tall, with a capacity of 38.5 m3 and a weight of 1650 kg. It is designed to withstand temperatures of +5°C to +50°C and pressures of +10 mBar to +50 mBar. The tank is manufactured in accordance with the DVS 2205 and LST EN 12573 design standards.

A large cylindrical HDPE tank designed for storing deionized water in semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The tank is 2880 mm in diameter and 3890 mm tall, and it weighs 785 kg. It has a capacity of 19 m3 and is designed to withstand temperatures of +5°C to +50°C and pressures of +10 mBar to +50 mBar. The tank is manufactured in accordance with the DVS 2205 and LST EN 12573 design standards.

A network of custom-designed plastic ventilation ducts and components specifically engineered for power plant environments. These ducts and components are resistant to corrosion from chemically aggressive air and steam and can withstand temperatures up to 60°C. They are manufactured in various sizes and configurations to meet project specifications.

A collection of durable and weather-resistant wake park and snow park figures made from UV-stabilized PP-C and HDPE. The figures include boxers and kickers in various sizes and designs, customizable to project specifications. These figures are ideal for enhancing the excitement and challenge of wakeboarding and snowboarding activities.

A large cylindrical PP degasser designed for removing dissolved gases from water in treatment plants. The degasser is 25 m³ in size and is made of PP-H. It is designed to operate at a media temperature of 25°C.

A network of custom-designed HDPE plastic ventilation ducts specifically engineered for chemical factory environments. These ducts are resistant to corrosion from chemically aggressive air and can withstand temperatures up to 60°C. They are manufactured in various sizes and configurations to meet project specifications.

A network of custom-designed plastic ventilation ducts specifically engineered for swimming pool environments. These ducts are resistant to corrosion from chlorinated air and can withstand temperatures up to 30°C. They are manufactured in various sizes and configurations to meet project specifications.

A large cylindrical HDPE potassium storage tank designed for storing potassium in the chemicals industry. The tank is insulated with PE foam and has a capacity of 25 m³. It is designed to operate at a media temperature of 25°C.

A collection of custom-designed rectangular and circular plastic ducts and fittings specifically engineered for ventilation systems in galvanization industries. These ducts and fittings are resistant to corrosion from chemically aggressive air and steam and can withstand temperatures up to 60°C. They are manufactured in various sizes and configurations to meet project specifications.

A large cylindrical insulated storage tank designed for storing sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) in the chemicals industry. The tank is made of HDPE covered with Zincalum steel and has a capacity of 25 m³. It is designed to operate at media temperatures ranging from +5 °C to +30 °C.

A large cylindrical insulated degasser designed for removing dissolved gases from water in treatment plants. The degasser is 25 m³ in size and is made of PP-H with steel covering. It is designed to operate at a media temperature of 25°C.

A cylindrical flame-resistant and electrically conductive chemical reactors designed for processing disinfectants in the chemicals industry. The reactor is made of PP S EL ATEX material and has a capacity of 1.5 m³. It is designed to operate at a media temperature of 60 °C.
